Shelley started assisting in high school and went on to get her RDA and xray license in 1984 at her local junior college. In 1991, Shelley graduated with her dental hygiene degree at Cabrillo College in Aptos, California. 2 years ago, she moved to the Long Beach area to be closer to family. Shelley joined Dr. Laura Manuel in early 2012.

Shelley enjoys spending time with her church and family, while both of her kids attend college.
